Travis Elliott

Travis Elliott is a touring musician who regularly plays across Virginia, primarily in his hometown of Richmond and his current home of Charlottesville. As a singer/songwriter/guitarist, his music has been described as alternative pop, punky with hints of Americana, and most of all, incredibly catchy.

His first EP, released in 2005, was hailed by Charlottesville’s The Hook as a “modern rock epic”. In 2008, he earned Best Solo Artist of the Year by C’ville Weekly.  In 2010, Travis released his first full length album, Swan Dive, which spent two weeks in iTunes’ New & Noteworthy section. Following Swan Dive, he released his Self-Titled release in 2015 and in 2018, Get in Love. In 2018, “River Song”, from Get in Love, was featured in Relix Magazine’s Summer Sampler. “Miles Away”, from Swan Dive, was featured in the short film Swiped Right and earned Best Original Song at the 2018 Long Island International Film Expo. He balances beautiful harmonies and catchy lyrics with often unforgettable melodies.

Travis has performed at a range of festivals from local favorites like Hoopla, Virginia Film Festival, and Tom Tom Festival to larger regional festivals such as Rooster Walk Music & Arts Festival and FloydFest. He has toured and performed in major cities such as Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia.

While he is always ready to mount up and hit the road with a powerful five-piece band, his solo/duo acoustic shows give him the freedom for fresh and completely different setlists night after night. This is music that all can enjoy.
